In the late 1970s, Lakeside Staffing Services began operation as a day-labor employment service with one office located in historic Bay View. Through the years, the company grew and adapted to a changing local/national economy. Consistently efficient service established Lakeside as a reliable, primarily industrial, staffing source for Milwaukee area businesses. Covenant Clerical was formed as the clerical/medical clerical division of Lakeside staffing in 1999. This enabled the company to focus on providing area clinics and medical offices with qualified clerical workers.

In 1996, the company became totally computerized to include a vast database of both applicants and prospective clients. This increased the capability to quickly match the right person to the right job.

After 25 years, Lakeside Staffing moved from Bay View to Greenfield to serve the rapidly growing western communities of Milwaukee. Our office is currently centrally located near freeways and bus routes.
